After Surgery

Once your surgical procedure is complete, you will be transferred back to your room. Once you are in stable condition and have been cleared by the doctor, you will be discharged. It is normal to experience sleepiness and dizziness for 12 to 24 hours after surgery.

Post Care

You will receive both verbal and written post-surgical care instructions. Please follow these instructions carefully. Your escort must be available at the time of your discharge to transport you home safely. Please ask your nurse or doctor any questions you may have before you are discharged.
